Orders and payment

An order is accepted after successful online payment or after a Cash on Delivery order is confirmed by our system. We may contact you to verify an order and may decline orders involving unavailable stock, invalid details, suspected misuse, or delivery limitations. Online payments are processed by Razorpay.

Fragrance suitability

Fragrance preference, projection, and longevity vary by skin, climate, storage, and use. Product descriptions are informational and are not medical claims. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where needed.
