Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders begin processing after online payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery confirmation. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays, high order volumes, address verification, or events outside our control.

Shipping charges and serviceability

Standard shipping is currently free. Delivery remains subject to courier serviceability for the supplied pincode and accurate customer details. We will contact you if an address cannot be serviced.

Dispatch and tracking

After dispatch, the order page may show the courier, AWB, tracking status, and tracking link. Tracking scans can take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the courier.

Delivery responsibility

• Provide a complete address, correct pincode, and reachable phone number.
• Review the parcel for visible damage or tampering before accepting it where possible.
• Contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos if an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or appears tampered with.

Courier delays

Courier estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, public holidays, transport disruption, remote locations, and other courier-network events can cause delays. We will assist with reasonable tracking enquiries but cannot control carrier operations.
