Fragrance products are non-returnable after delivery for hygiene and product-integrity reasons, except where the delivered item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise requires a remedy under applicable law.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to cancel. We will try to cancel an order that has not entered packing or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started or the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Opened, used, tested, or customer-damaged fragrances cannot be returned because they cannot be safely resold. A change of fragrance preference, expected longevity, or personal scent perception does not by itself qualify for a return.
Contact us promptly after delivery with the order number, a clear explanation, and supporting parcel and product photos. Keep the item, original packaging, invoice, and shipping label while we review the request. Do not use or discard the affected product before receiving instructions.
After verification, an eligible request may be resolved through replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy. Approved online-payment refunds are initiated to the original payment method; bank or payment-provider processing time may apply. Approved Cash on Delivery refunds are coordinated with the customer using an available supported method.
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, first check your order history and payment-provider status. Payment reversals and settlement timing are controlled by Razorpay and the relevant bank. Contact us with the payment reference if the issue does not resolve.
