Placing a COD order

• Select Cash on Delivery during checkout and provide an accurate serviceable address and reachable phone number.
• The amount due is the final total shown in your confirmed order.
• We may contact you to verify your order or delivery details before dispatch.

Payment at delivery

Pay the courier using the method they support at delivery. Keep the complete amount available and follow the courier's payment instructions. The order is marked paid after delivery is confirmed.

Refused and undeliverable orders

Repeated refusal, unreachable contact details, incorrect addresses, or misuse of COD may result in cancellation and restriction of COD for future orders. Contact us before dispatch if your delivery information changes.

Returns and order issues

Choosing COD does not change the non-returnable fragrance policy. Incorrect, damaged, or defective deliveries are reviewed under the Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
